Version 2.3 released

I have released a new version of Coins And Trampolines.

• Fixed input on menu
• FPS is now capped to 70
• Fixed moving platforms and credits being too fast
• Stats screen now shows the appropiate button
• You can now change the language on the settings screen

Also updated the Linux version (finally).
